Proposed Amendment XXVIII
A proposed constitutional amendment that lets verified citizens ratify or reject laws, executive orders, and regulations after government acts — without writing laws, replacing Congress, or overriding courts.
Citizens Oversight. The fourth branch cannot legislate, execute, or judge. It records consent. Citizens Ratification Inc. is passing the amendment. Then CRI ends.
Everyone here believes in the project. We need volunteers and money. No one is paid. Every dollar goes to passing and implementing the Citizens Ratification Amendment — and we will spend what it takes on that. Nothing else.

| A law stays until repealed or struck down. | Laws and executive orders take effect immediately. They fall only after three consecutive monthly rejections that meet the 10% threshold. |

Citizens Ratification Inc. is a Texas nonprofit corporation formed November 9, 2022 (SOS 0804802524). EIN 92-1066565. Temporary, nonpartisan, unpaid. CRI dissolves when the Citizens Ratification Branch is stood up.
President: Jeff Gunson (USAF Ret.). CRI has additional official unpaid officers. They serve and they do the work. They are not named on this site at their request. When replacements agree to be listed, their names will appear here.
No one is paid. A few documented out-of-pocket costs may be reimbursed. No wages, stipends, or benefits. We will spend what the Amendment requires. We will not spend on ourselves.
